【消息報告 Announcements】
- 長執會議決：A.訂於九月20日舉行會員大會改選長老＆執事，請信徒會員盡量不要安排外出。B.選舉委員：淑玲長老、昀彤執事＆淑宇姐妹。The Annual Member Meeting for Election of Elders and Deacons will be held on 9/20. Election Committee: Elder Shu Ling Yen, Deacon Betty Hsieh & Sister Scarlett Shao.
- 本主日禮拜後社青舉行每月一次的查經聚會。A Young Adults Bible Study Meeting will be held today after Sunday Service.
- 八月16日，社青於禮拜日的下午有教會清掃活動，歡迎兄姐一起來，細節請洽詢淑宇姐妹。The Young Adults have planned an activity to clean up the church, everyone is welcome to join, please contact Scarlet for details.
- 九月份起，禮拜五的查經聚會，將一起來研讀、查考彼得前後書和猶大書，主題蒙召的一生與榮耀盼望，請兄姐預留時間參加。Starting in September, the Bible Study meetings will look into 1 Peter, 2 Peter and Jude.
【代禱 ＆ 關懷 Intercession and Concerns】
- 教會 Church ministry：為主日禮拜牧師、長執、同工的一同服事。為教會的慕道朋友或是新來的朋友。為九月份長執的改選。為社青的兄弟姐妹於九月25-27日舉行的社青的退修會。Pray for the Pastor and the Sunday worship team. Pray for those who are interested in knowing God or the newcomers to the church. Pray for the re-election of the Elders and Deacons in September. Pray for the young adults retreat on September 25-27.
- 家庭 Family：為身體欠安(賴牧師娘、美雲姐)或心靈軟弱的兄姐。為外出的兄姐。Pray for those who are not feeling well (Mrs. Lai, sister Mei-Yun) or traveling.
- 社區與世界 Community ＆ the World：為芝加哥的台語教會在福音事工和宣揚代禱；為美國、台灣尚未聽到福音的世人代禱。Pray for the Taiwanese churches in Chicago in their evangelistic ministry and work; Pray for those in the United States and Taiwan who have not yet heard the gospel.
