長執會議決：為關心花蓮玉山神學院在地震之後重建的需要，教會已先預撥專款五千元協助玉山神學院，並鼓勵兄弟姊妹為此代禱與奉獻，支票上請註明為玉神賑災。 Encourage brothers and sisters to pray and give offering for the needs of the Hualien earthquake.

Des Plaines 長老教會訂於五月18日（禮拜六）上午十點舉行該教會設教五十五週年慶祝感恩禮拜；為準備午餐與紀念品，能參加的兄姊，請向英蘭長老報名，至五月5日截止。

下主日(4/28) 禮拜後，教會將為奇璋兄＆秋華姐夫婦遷往加州洛杉磯舉行惜別會，請為他們代禱。 Next Sunday after the service, we will say farewell to John & Betty Lee for moving to Los Angeles, please pray for them.

陳百芳醫師的媳婦 Terri 姊妹於四月7日蒙主恩召安息主懷，一生享年五十歲。Terri 是一位愛主肯服事、信心堅定、顧家信與行合一的姊妹。願上帝安慰百芳醫師夫婦、兒子和三位孫兒女。
